Your order can be picked up from our kitchen in North Greenwich or from one of our markets. You will be able to select a pick up location when you place an order.
Returns policy
What do I do if my product is faulty or incorrect?
If your product is faulty or incorrect, or you feel that we left out some of your items, please contact us at eatme@cakeholelondon.com to return it to one of our markets, along with your receipt, and we'll be happy to give you an exchange or a refund. Unfortunately we are unable to make any refunds or exchanges without the requested proof of purchase receipt and/or the original faulty products. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information on the returns process.
