How long will my cake keep for after I receive it?
All of our products are freshly made with natural ingredients so they are best consumed on the day of purchase. If this isn’t possible, here’s what you can do:
Cupcakes: Do not refrigerate and eat within 24 hours. Red velvet cupcakes can go in the fridge, the rest should be kept at room temperature in a plastic container.
Cakes: Cakes should be kept somewhere cool (not a fridge) and aim to eat your cake within 5 days. Carrot Cake, Banana Cake, Popeye Cake, Red Velvet Cake, Victoria Sponge with Fresh Cream and Berries, Cheesecakes and Brownies with Cheesecake should be refrigerated. Victoria Sponge should be eaten within 3 days.
Dietary Information
We use butter, eggs and cream.
All our products contain gluten, with the exception of those items found in the Gluten Free section.
Our kitchen does produce cakes made with almonds, pistachios, peanuts and walnuts so it's very likely for our cakes to have traces, even though these nuts may not be an ingredient of the cake ordered.

What is the minimum amount for online ordering?
The minimum amount for placing an online order for delivery is £45. There is no minimum order for collection at our markets or our North Greenwich kitchen.
What is the cut off time for online ordering?
All orders require 24 hours notice. Cut off time is 8am, for example if you require an item for Wednesday the cut off time would be Tuesday at 8am.
I need to cancel or amend my order. How can I do this?
To cancel or amend an order, please email us at eatme@cakeholelondon.com as soon as possible so we can help you. Please note that all amendments and cancellations need a minimum of 48 hours notice and we are not able to issue any refunds in any shorter notice.
I have noticed an error in my order confirmation. What can I do?

I haven’t received my confirmation email. What can I do?
If a confirmation doesn’t arrive within an hour of placing your order, in either your Inbox or Spam folder, please email eatme@cakeholelondon.com
